"VIP South" - Designed by renowned Recording Studio Design firm Technical Audio Services (Nashville, TN), the 3,472 square-foot facility boasts a large live room, medium booth, small booth and three control rooms completely decoupled from each other for minimal sound transference. Proper acoustics are one of the most important factors when recording and mixing. Don't be fooled by the DIY studios; these expertly designed and constructed rooms make tracking and listening a magical experience. One that can only be felt. Not heard... Formerly Concentrix Music and Sound Design by Fred Story, this Charlotte production facility has seen it's share of high-profile clientele and has contributed to many legendary productions for music, television and film.
Contro Room A - Although all of our control rooms are equipped for almost any session, Control Room A houses a ton of beautiful analog and digital gear that may lend an additional hand for sessions that require more mics, more instruments, more people, more inputs. From vintage and modern guitar amps, preamps, compressors and converters, this room can do it all.
Studio 1 - The "Live" Room. As our largest room in the house, this live room is quite dead. But with a pull of the curtains, you have yourself a proper live room for extra reflections. Perfect for drums and live band recordings, Studio 1 also acts as an incredible vocal booth and is our official ADR stage and voiceover room.

Typically use for vocal sessions and production, Control Room B houses some really cool modern and vintage keyboards, synths, beat machines, preamps and fx processors. This control room is perfect for single vocal sessions, writing sessions, artist consultations, production sessions and mixing sessions.
